Ministries
FirstPrezYouth is
designed for our students (Grades 6-12) to participate, worship,
play, laugh, discuss, and be challenged by the message of the gospel.
We want our students to fall in love with Jesus and spread that love
around! FirstPrezYouth is a safe place;
a place where you can bring friends to an environment that's welcoming,
fun, insightful, and casual. FirstPrezYouth is
not church, but church happens...because a community of student believers
come together to learn, grow, and give their best to God.
Unless otherwise noted on our Calendar Page, FirstPrezYouth meets
on Sunday nights from 6-7:30pm. And usually, we
feed you for free!
Service is an integral part of any true relationship with God. Our goal in this area is to spread the love and blessings given to us with others, whether they be in our community or thousands of miles away. There are many ways in which we can spread God's love and the FirstPrezYouth are eager to show that daily. In addition to the small, sometimes random acts of kindness that help display the Lord's love, we participate in the community and around the nation, working with Second Harvest Food Bank here in Fayetteville, as well as with communities in need in Mississippi and Morehead City, NC.
STAY ALERT FOR WAYS YOU CAN SERVE GOD THROUGH YOUR FELLOW MAN!!
Wednesday
Nights for Guys and Gals is a time for smaller groups
to get together and discuss issues that matter in the life of today's
student. With so much changing in the world around us, it is important
that, as Christians, we hold on tight to the teachings of Christ
and grow with one another in fellowship. Christianity is not an
'individual sport' and small groups provide a place for us to grow
with one another and ask the deeper questions of life!
Our Wednesday Night Small Groups meet on...well...Wednesdays,
of course! Come hang out with us in the Youth Room from 6:15 - 7:30pm
every Wednesday night for good times, conversations (ranging from the trivial to the really big issues) and more!
